The purpose of her calling is founded upon her favorite scriptures: "Behold I build a house to the name of the Lord my God to dedicate it to him." II Chronicles 2:4 "Behold, I wish above all things that you prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers." III John 1:2 "Our bodies are the Temple of the Holy Ghost." I Corinthians 6:9
The catalyst of Deborah's anointed ministry was her own personal healing from the painful, restrictive effects of rheumatoid arthritis in 1975. Further revelation of God's mighty power working in us came through deliverance from the relentless mental battle of social paralysis. Set free from the choking stronghold of fear, she carries the torch of an overcomer. Her passion burns deep with the flame of faith and grace to loose the chains of bondage in others.
A licensed practical nurse,
Deborah enjoys researching nutrition and alternative medicines through natural health. She has served as housemother to a young boys’ school, a committee member of prevention of child abuse, and worked in a domestic-abuse shelter. Co-founder alongside of her husband, Phillip Anthony "Tony" Kemp of Embassy Christian Center, Deborah desires to see God's people prosper and be in good health. She is loving mother to their son, Phillip, and spiritual mother to many across the country.
